I Don't Leave Dollar Tree Without This $1.25 Kitchen Cleaning Product
From Tupperware copycats to affordable grocery finds, Dollar Tree shoppers love sharing their latest favorites from the retail chain on social media. A Dollar Tree lover to my core, I buy everything from spices to kitchen tools at the discount store, and often turn to TikTok for suggestions on things to look out for on my next visit—including the viral silicone bowl covers I’m still trying to track down.
But there’s one item I always find well-stocked at Dollar Tree, despite it receiving lots of great reviews on social media in places like Reddit and TikTok. No, it’s not trendy wooden Mason jar lids or name-brand cans of Poppi soda (yes, you can find those things at Dollar Tree!) My go-to Dollar Tree item is a cleaning product that helps me keep my kitchen tidy.
We spent $260 dining at a 100-year-old steakhouse chain. Our meal at the Orlando location was worth every penny.
The Palm Restaurant is a nearly 100-year-old steakhouse chain that operates close to 20 restaurants in the US, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. The closest location to me, however, is inside the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando.
I'd been to the restaurant before to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat at the bar — it's long been one of my favorite spots to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Universal — but I'd never eaten in the dining room before.
The 5 Worst Desserts to Buy From Walmart’s Bakery
Walmart is a hot spot for grocery shopping thanks to its low grocery prices and its viral products that pop up on social media (looking at you, Raising Cane’s chicken tender dupes and artisan macaroni and cheese). Whether I’m grocery shopping on a budget or saving time with Walmart grocery delivery, I’ve been a long-time Walmart grocery shopper and have purchased everything at the retail chain, from copycat Big Mac sauce to food storage containers that keep my produce fresh.
Walmart has a pretty big bakery section with lots of treats worth buying, but there are also several items better avoided. I scoured Reddit to see which bakery items Walmart shoppers just don’t think are worth it, from donuts to chocolate cake. Here are five Walmart bakery items that won’t be making it to my grocery shopping list.
Aldi Just Brought Back a Fan-Favorite Bakery Item for a Limited Time Only
Aldi fans are known for getting excited about new Aldi Finds or the return of products they love. Whether they’re making sure they get the best deal at the grocery chain or raving about their all-time favorite Aldi products, it’s no surprise to see Aldi lovers buzzing on social media over the seasonal products that pop up in stores throughout the year.
I personally have done my own share of gushing over delightful Aldi grocery items, from a pizza-sized sugar cookie to all of the delicious seasonal cheesesthat appear in the store’s deli section. Now, there’s a returning favorite coming back to Aldi shelves just in time for Fat Tuesday: paczki doughnuts.
This $1.25 Dollar Tree Find Will Save You Tons of Money
Groceries are pretty expensive these days, so I’ve started stocking up on kitchen staples like spices and rice at Dollar Tree to offset the effects of things like rising egg prices on my family’s monthly grocery budget. As it turns out, the bargain retailer is a surprisingly fun and affordable place to shop for grocery items—some TikTokers even build accounts based on cooking affordable dinners with Dollar Tree finds.
One of the latest Dollar Tree kitchen items to make its rounds on social media isn’t exactly food, but instead, it's a way to make your edible items last a little longer. After all, a great way to save money on groceries is to use up leftovers, like cooked spaghetti, or recycling some items, like coffee grounds, for another meal.

Walt Disney World's Most Valuable Dinner Includes All-You-Can-Eat Barbecue And A Show
I've been visiting Walt Disney World Resort for over a decade with my family and I've done just about everything there is to do at the most magical place on Earth. While I love the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World's theme parks, I've learned some of the most memorable Disney experiences take place outside the parks at Disney World's resort hotels. Case in point, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, a dinner show where guests play washboards and chow down on ribs and strawberry shortcake, all while being entertained by lively performers.
Aldi Just Released a New Version of My Favorite Find
A shopping trip to Aldi feels different than a visit to other grocery stores, and it’s not because it mainly stocks its own private-label brands. With fan-favorite items that range from salmon to cottage cheese and prices that feel like you’re getting a great deal, perusing Aldi aisles feels akin to hunting a thrift store for unique items you can’t help but want to bring home and try.
The 4 Worst Foods to Buy at Sam's Club, According to Reddit
Warehouse stores can be a great place to stock up on grocery items with a long shelf life, like dried pasta or canned vegetables. While multi-packs of bread or giant charcuterie plates can be tempting, it may be best to avoid these quick-to-spoil items while shopping at wholesale clubs. After all, can you really finish four pounds of mashed potatoes before they expire? (We’d love to try!)
My family of 4 went to Maggiano's for the first time, and our $230 dinner at the chain felt like an incredible value
The chain Maggiano's Little Italy has been around since the early 1990s and has over 50 locations around the US, but I'd never visited it until recently.
The #1 Underrated Frozen Food to Buy at Target, According to a Food Writer
I’m always on the hunt for excuses to shop at Target more frequently, and the retail chain’s Good & Gather brand of grocery items is high on my list of reasons to grab a red shopping cart and go. In fact, I’ve yet to try a Good & Gather product I don’t like, from frozen cubes of minced garlic to flavorful jarred salsas I use for everything from taco night to midday snacking. Another Target freezer aisle item I always grab? Good & Gather Frozen Sautéed Chopped Onions.
Chips Ahoy Just Released Its Biggest Innovation in 60 Years, and We Tried It First
The only thing better than a chocolate chip cookie is a chocolate chip cookie that’s three times its normal size. Fans of the iconic Chips Ahoy brand will soon see their chocolate chip cookie dreams come true with soft, supersized versions of the classic Chips Ahoy cookies snack lovers already adore.
Carl's Jr. Just Released a Copycat of a Discontinued Burger King Fan-Favorite
From Kit Kat's cinnamon-flavored Ghost Toast wafers to Reese's Werewolf Tracks and Sonic's Witch's Brew slush, it's no secret that brands are already leaning into all things Halloween. But one thing that doesn't look like it's coming back is the fan-favorite Burger King Ghost Pepper Whopper. Luckily, another fast food spot is stepping in and fans are hoping they’ll find their ghost pepper fix at the drive-thru down the street—just in time for the spooky season.
Sonic Has a New Drink On Menus and We Tried It First
It's officially fall and the spookiest of spooky season beverages may have just dropped at Sonic Drive-In. The fast food chain known for its carhops, crunchy tots, and scary-good deals has launched a bewitching new drink, and it’s the Halloween-themed sipper we’ve been waiting for this season.
The Best Appetizer at Chili's Isn't Even on the Menu
As a food writer and lover of off-menu restaurant trends, TikTok easily influences me. Recently, my feed has been filled with Chili’s fans eating sauce-tossed mozzarella sticks outside their closest restaurant, raving about how the best appetizer at Chili’s isn’t even on its menu. Deep down the sauce-tossed mozzarella stick rabbit hole, I knew I had to try this off-menu Chili’s item for myself.
I Tried the Retro Midwest Dish That’s a Missouri Legend
You’ve probably had cashew chicken at your local Chinese restaurant, but there’s a retro, Midwestern version that’s gaining popularity again. Springfield-style cashew chicken, which originated in Springfield, Missouri, in the 1960s, is making a comeback—both on our site and on TikTok.
A recipe for Springfield-style cashew chicken, shared by Allrecipes user Katie Mines, is getting rave reviews. Mines explains, “This cashew chicken is the style first shared in Springfield…It involves deep-frying the chicken in peanut oil. Serve this Show-Me State cashew chicken with soy sauce over a bed of fried riceif desired.”
My family of 4 ate dinner at Hooters for the first time. Our $93 meal was a surprisingly good value.
It's a tough time to be a chain restaurant, especially if you're serving fast food.
Fast-food chains are scrambling as they lose the value wars to sit-down spots and worry about retaining current consumers and appealing to future ones. At the same time, rising fast-food prices seem to only be making sit-down chains look like a way better value.
Meet Copper Pennies: The ‘Good Old Tried-and-True’ Side Dish I'm Making Over and Over Again
Pennies aren't just for tossing into wishing wells or dropping into the "take a penny, leave a penny" dish at the cash register. There's another take on these tiny copper discs—and this one is edible. If you haven't heard of copper pennies, let us introduce you to this retro dish, made with sliced carrots (which resemble pennies, hence the name) marinated in tomato soup and sugar. It's vibrant, tangy, and, as one Allrecipes member calls it, "A good old tried-and-true recipe that's been around for at least 60 years. No need to jazz it up, it is what it was intended to be: tangy, sweet, and DELICIOUS!" No wonder it's the nostalgic side salad I'm making over and over again.
My family of 4 spent $330 at Shula's Steak House. Our meal was so great that I hope this small chain expands across the US.
On a recent trip to Disney World, my family and I decided we'd try a new restaurant — Shula's Steak House.
The small chain was named one of the 10 best high-end steak-house chains in America by the Daily Meal, and has seven locations in Florida, Chicago, Houston, and Richmond, Virginia.
The steak house, which is owned by Shula's Restaurant Group, is named after former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula. The chain aims to carry on Shula's legacy, so each location has a loose football theme.
