There’s a misconception that the frozen food aisle contains nothing but heat-and-eat pizzas and cartons of ice cream, but there are also plenty of healthy items in your grocer’s freezers.

In fact, because products like frozen fruits and vegetables are often harvested at peak ripeness, you’ll often find lots of nutrients tucked away in the frozen foods aisle, too. We’ve long been fans of products like frozen cherries, spinach and edamame, so the latest study findings from the American Frozen Foods Institute make sense to us.

A Dollar Tree lover to my core, I buy everything from spices to kitchen tools at the discount store, and often turn to TikTok for suggestions on things to look out for on my next visit—including the viral silicone bowl covers I’m still trying to track down.

The Palm Restaurant is a nearly 100-year-old steakhouse chain that operates close to 20 restaurants in the US, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia. The closest location to me, however, is inside the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando.

As a parent of teenagers, I often worry about the ramifications of raising my kids in a world filled with influencers, social media, and extreme oversharing. Whether I’m grocery shopping on a budget or saving time with Walmart grocery delivery, I’ve been a long-time Walmart grocery shopper and have purchased everything at the retail chain, from copycat Big Mac sauce to food storage containers that keep my produce fresh.

Walmart has a pretty big bakery section with lots of treats worth buying, but there are also several items better avoided. I scoured Reddit to see which bakery items Walmart shoppers just don’t think are worth it, from donuts to chocolate cake. Here are five Walmart bakery items that won’t be making it to my grocery shopping list.

It’s been several months since my 14-year-old daughter boxed up all her Stanley tumblers and donated them to make room for her Owala water bottles. My girl swears by them for keeping her water cold for hours and loves that they come in colorful designs. Everyone in my home has now switched to Owala and feels pretty pleased with the brand’s insulated cups, from 40-ounce straw tumblers to 24-ounce screw-top water bottles.

My family has only a couple of critiques about the original tumblers and water bottles. Occasionally, my daughter found the water bottle’s push-button lid open when she carried it to theater rehearsal in her tote bag. She also has an autoimmune disease that causes a great deal of joint pain, so she’d occasionally comment that it was hard for her to hold onto the carrying loop on days when her fingers were swollen. 

Aldi fans are known for getting excited about new Aldi Finds or the return of products they love. Whether they’re making sure they get the best deal at the grocery chain or raving about their all-time favorite Aldi products, it’s no surprise to see Aldi lovers buzzing on social media over the seasonal products that pop up in stores throughout the year.

I personally have done my own share of gushing over delightful Aldi grocery items, from a pizza-sized sugar cookie to all of the delicious seasonal cheesesthat appear in the store’s deli section. Now, there’s a returning favorite coming back to Aldi shelves just in time for Fat Tuesday: paczki doughnuts.
